Las Estrellas (initially, Channel 2; later El Canal de las Estrellas) (XEW-TDT) is a Mexican television network owned by TelevisaUnivision.1 Its first official broadcast was on March 21, 1951. It broadcasts on signal broadcast throughout the Mexican territory through a network of 129 broadcasting stations under concession to the company Televimex, S.A. de C.V., of Grupo Televisa (main shareholder and owner of TelevisaUnivision), 2 associated stations and 1 multiprogramming broadcaster.
