Sun Country Airlines is making big plans for next summer.
The Minneapolis-based ultra-low-cost carrier will launch 12 new domestic routes and resume three more.

If you compare this low-cost airline to others like Spirit or Frontier, one small difference is that there is a complementary drink on the flight. No small complementary snack options like pretzels or crackers. Flight attendants may purchase snacks and alcoholic beverages with the use of a credit card. There are no seatback entertainment systems aboard Sun Country Airlines. They have complimentary Wi-Fi that you can connect to your phone, tablet, or computer. Connecting to the free Wi-Fi allows you to watch some content that the airline offers for movies and TV shows. However, I thought the selection was not that great and stuck to what I had downloaded before the flight.
In general, I enjoy flying Sun Country Airlines when possible. There is a limited choice of destinations and I think it would be more difficult to take a longer trip on the airline without additional charges.
