In the next step, Facebook will ask you to choose one of the available account recovery options to verify your identity. Options may include receiving a verification code to your email or phone, answering security questions, or identifying friends in photos. Choose the option you prefer and follow the instructions.
Once you’ve verified your identity, Facebook will allow you to change your account password. Enter a new strong password and click «Continue» to save the changes. You should now be able to access your Facebook account.

No email and no phone number
