Breaking Bad is a slow-burn crime drama about a chemistry teacher named Walter White. Walter is struggling to earn money since his salary doesn’t pay off, it doesn’t help that his wife is about to give birth and his son has cerebral palsy. Walter doesn’t think his financial situation can get any worse, but then they tell him that he has terminal cancer. While at a party, Walter’s brother-in-law (Hank Schrader) decides to take him on a drug bust. As he watches, Walter notices his former student Jesse Pinkman running out of the meth lab. Walter then gets the idea to blackmail Jesse into helping him cook meth to save money for his family to pay for his cancer treatment.
Viewers generally say they enjoy the show, but why do they like it so much? Sebastian Chavez, a senior at Defiance High School, said, «I like the concept of an ordinary guy who goes from having an ordinary life to becoming a master of crime.» Biology 2 teacher Mr. Trudel also commented, «Based on the action, character development, entertainment value and overall story, I would rate the show 9.5 out of 10.»
‘Breaking Bad’ will be on Netflix until 2025
If you want to rewatch Breaking Bad after Better Call Saul ends, you can access all five seasons on Netflix. The original series starring Bryan Cranston and Aaron Paul will be available to stream until at least February 10, 2025 according to What’s on Netflix.
El Camino, the Breaking Bad movie, could also be removed from the streaming platform in 2025. However, Netflix may have licensed El Camino for the standard 10 years, which means it could be available until April 18. , 2029. Either way, Netflix is the only way to stream El Camino.
